Online Fastfood Delivery

Fastfood has never been easier to be delivered to your doorstep.

Before, we had to memorize their phone number and then order from an agent and most of the times just get the total price right after putting in all you order.

NOW, its totally easier to order (well from two fastfood giants anyway). They capitalized on what most people now have this days, internet connection. It all started with the Megastar ordering online with Mcdo. The site provided all the menu along with their prices. Just put in your order and your address and an agent will call you in a few minutes to confirm your order, check if they have to bring change, set expectation as to the time..all basic stuff. Its basically the same thing with Jollibee but the main difference is that you have to create an account. With this you dont have to type in your address everytime. Just login to the account and all your details are already there. Choose the amount that you want to order then check out.

With Mcdo there's no minimum order amount but you have to pay a delivery charge of P40. Jollibee on the otherhand has a minimum amount order of P200.

I've tried both already but I just really prefer the food from Jollibee.

iPhone 4 or N8

Which phone should i get?

It has been awhile since i bought a new phone. Cant believe its already been two years actually. To date, my iphone 3g is actually the most expensive thing that I have ever purchased.

Last week Steve Jobs finally announced the next iPhone, the iPhone4. I can't help but drool over the specs if this one. Ever since I bought my iPhone, I learned to love it and really appreciate it. Of course there are things that I wish they could have put in like the capability to send/receive files via bluetooth and longer battery life among others but for every reason to hate the iPhone, there are 10 reasons to love it!

I was browsing my Facebook account a few weeks back and a Nokia Phone catched my attention. It was the N8. Nokia phones really don't catch my attention anymore since I left the telecoms industry but this one was different. It's like an iPhone but with a twist. I tried to look for it at Nokia stores but didn't find any. It seems that it won't be released in the Philippines for a few more months eventhough its already at their website.

Now the question is, Which phone should I get?
Both phones are not yet released so I don't have any reviews to check aside from the comments from tech people. I was really a Nokia lover before I bought my iPhone but Apple has changed the way I look at phones.

Hopefully I can decide in a few months.

I love the comment of one reader: "For each complaint I have about my iphone i have 5 more reasons to use it." I agree!

Study Reveals: High Brand Loyalty Among iPhone Users; BlackBerry Users Want To Switch To iPhone

Close to 40% of Blackberry owners plan to switch to an iPhone soon while nearly 90% of iPhone owners would prefer to stick to their brand when buying their next phone.

These are some of the interesting pointers revealed in a recent study conducted by market research firm, CrowdScience.

In this study, the firm analyzed the loyalty and satisfaction quotient of smartphone users and their inclination to move to other brands. While iPhone users displayed a very high level of satisfaction with only 9% of the users willing to trade their handset for a Nexus One, the loyalty factor was conspicuously absent among Blackberry users. Interestingly, the iPhone is not the only platform that enjoys such a high level of loyalty among users. The study found Android users to be equally likely to stick to their brand as their iPhone counterparts. However, only 33% of Blackberry users preferred to switch to Android compared to 40% preference for iPhones.

Smartphones are increasingly being used for personal purposes and the decline in popularity of Blackberry underlines just this fact. CrowdScience notes:

"These results show that the restlessness of Blackberry users with their current brand hasn't just been driven by the allure of iPhone. Rather, Blackberry as a brand just isn't garnering the loyalty seen with other mobile operating systems."

Ever since the iPhone launched in 2007, the device has revolutionized the cellular phone segment and it comes as no surprise that a wide majority of its users are still loyal to their brand.

Something New To Do

Since it's my restday and Mark is not here with me since he has a shift I've decided to create my blogger account. It's something that I'm gonna be updating whenever I have something in mind that is not usually for my Facebook or Multiply http://jricafrente.multiply.com.

You might ask why "KOJIE"? Well I have this nephew and when she was little she had a hard time calling me by my nickname which is Jay-r. She was supposed to call me Kuya Jay-r but it eventually came out as Kojie. We tried to correct her but the name stuck. Even up to now that she's already 10 years old, she still calls me by that name. Even my mom and my aunt calls me by the same name now. When I shared this with Mark, he fondly called me by this name as well.

And that's the history of my nickname Kojie.
